ABOUT THE HOTEL
St Mary's Hall Hotel has 19 twin/double/single bedded rooms within the main body of the hotel, some of these rooms are interconnected and are ideal for families (please see Children and Families section for more details)
Count Leon
Seven of these rooms are located in the original house and are known as the Count Leon rooms, these are our superior rooms, we believe they are amongst the best you’ll find on Scilly we hope you do too.
Godolphin
The remaining 12 rooms are known as Godolphin rooms these take their name from Sir Francis Godolphin. These rooms are our standard rooms but like all other rooms in the hotel boast superking beds, ensuite facilities with power showers and clean and attractive decor.
Suites
We have three comfortable suites containing a small galley style kitchen and lounge area which open on to a deck where you can enjoy the sun. These offer independent accessto your room without going through reception, so are ideally suited to the independent traveller. Suites are also eminently suited to families particularly Suite 22 which interconnects with our only superior room that is not within the main house. Our suites are able to sleep up to 4 people with one double/twin bedded room a sofa bed and room for a Z bed.
Facilities
All of our bed rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen televisions, hair dryers and complimentary bathroom items: our superior rooms have additional home comforts, please ask on booking for more information.
Children and Families
Children are welcomed in our suites at any time of year.
Children between 6 -12 are welcomed in the Count Leon rooms from July 20th through to departure on August 31st. Children over 8 are welcome to dine with adults all food taken from the menu will be charged as taken.
All child prices reflect children sharing with two adults/prices for one adult accompanied by children are available on application.
Prices
• Infants and children until 4 years of age any time of year free, should you require a cot and high chair please let reception know at the time of booking. (we hire all baby equipment for your use, the cost of this is £35 per week for cots and £25 per week for high chairs.
• Children between 5-8 £40.00 dinner bed and breakfast, food to be taken from the high tea menu.
• Children between 9-12 £55.00 dinner bed and breakfast, food taken
from the high tea menu
• Children in rooms without adults will be charged as adults less 10%
• Interconnecting rooms are available for families.
• High tea is served between 5-6pm

Allow us to take the strain out of booking your holiday on Scilly, we will be pleased to arrange your return travel from the mainland and arrange activities once you arrive, our experienced staff know Scilly and are here to make your stay with us a carefree as possible: all details can be obtained from reception.
Our rooms are available from 2pm, on the day of arrival - should you arrive early and wish to make the most of your time on Scilly we can look after your bags and maybe organise a boat trip for you - for those of you who arrive really early we can offer breakfast in our restaurant or make you a pack lunch for the rest of your day.
We are able to cater for special diets, please let us know during the booking process if you have individual dietary needs.
Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure, however, we understand that departure times vary and that may mean a later departure from the islands, we will look after your luggage for the day so that you can enjoy your last hours on Scilly, we offer you our hotel facilities until your pick up time and we wave good bye to you until next time.

Terms and Conditions
• Guests are asked to pay a deposit of £35 per person, per night, when confirming their booking.
• All travel must be paid for in full on booking.
• Provisional bookings, for which no deposit is received within 10 days, may be re-let. Please advise us as soon as possible if you do not intend to take up your reservation.
• We reserve the right to change your room allocation should we need to for operational purposes
• All room accounts must be paid in full on departure
• All activities are charged for in addition to our tariff prices
• Changes to your booking may incur administration costs
• A Non-smoking policy applies throughout the hotel.
• Changes to V.A.T. will automatically affect our charges, which are inclusive of the government tax.
• With regret, during June, July and August we can only accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights stay.

In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let your room, in this circumstance we will not
invoice you for your accommodation, this does not apply to flights or other activities which will be
subject to the terms and conditions of the provider.
